InstantMD wants every patient to be able to use this website, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology. We design and build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we keep testing our pages against them as the site changes.

Our pages use clear headings, visible focus states, readable text sizes and colour contrast, labels on every form field, and controls that work with a keyboard. The eligibility check and the booking steps can be completed without a mouse, and every image that carries meaning has a text description.

If any part of this website is hard for you to use, or you need information in another format, please tell us through our support page. Describe the page and what happened, and we will work with you to provide the information or complete the task another way.
